NAN 2024 Online Entry Form

NAN 2024 Registration has ended! See you at NAN!
  1. READ the NAN Entry Packet! Some rules and procedures may have changed, so even if you have entered NAN before you'll find new information there, especially regarding the requirements for NAN qualifying cards.
  2. Decide which models you will show at NAN 2024. You may want to use the entry forms available elsewhere on the NAMHSA website as worksheets to identify your entries, or you may make your own list - whatever is most convenient for you.
  3. When you select the new registration link below, you'll see a screen that requests information about you. Complete all information on this screen, and click CONTINUE.
  4. The NAN On-line Entry system assigns an exhibitor number and a password for your entry. Make a note of this information immediately - you'll need it if you need to enter the system again; for example, if you lose your connection while making your entries, or if you want to enter more horses at a later date.
  5. Select Add a Horse and follow the prompts to add each model you wish to enter. Avoid using the BACK button on your browser while entering horses; this may cause the system to double-enter a horse. If this happens, you'll need to delete one entry as explained in the next step. Be sure to proofread your entries carefully!
  6. You can see the horses you have already entered by selecting List Horses. You may also delete horses from this page, if you've made a mistake in entering any of them. At this time, it is not possible to edit a horse after it has been entered. If you make an error during entry - for example, if you enter your stallion as a mare - you must delete the horse and re-enter it.
  7. When you have added all your entries, select Finish Registration. Follow the prompts to complete your entry.
  8. Print a copy of the Registration Complete! Screen. Keep for your records.
  9. Send your NAN cards and payment (if not using Paypal). Please include the following items:
    • ONE breed qualification card (green) for each model entered in a breed halter class (all Breed Halter Divisions)
    • ONE collectibility or workmanship qualification card (yellow, or a green card earned in a non-breed halter class) for each model entered in a collectibility or workmanship class (all OF Collectibility, Custom Workmanship, and Artist Resin/Original Sculpture Divisions)
    • ONE Western performance qualification card (pink/red) for each model entered in one or more Western performance classes;
    • ONE English performance qualification card (pink/red) for each model entered in one or more English performance classes;
    • ONE Other performance Card (pink/red) for each model entered in one or more Other performance classes.
    • Your check or money order for the full amount of fees, made payable to NAMHSA, OR you may pay by PayPal to Treasurer@NAMHSA.org, but you must still mail your NAN qualification cards via postal mail.)

IMPORTANT: Online entries must be completed by 12 midnight PST Tuesday, June 4th, 2024. Your entry payment must be POSTMARKED no later than Wednesday, June 5th, 2024. Absolutely no late entries will be accepted. Your on-line entry is not complete until payment and qualification cards are received.
